Saturday with the loved ones

I spent a wonderful afternoon with mom, sister and David yesterday at Hell's Kitchen (If any of you are wondering where's that place, NO its not a restaurant. Hell's Kitchen is a neighborhood of Manhattan in NYC. ) Sister and I love going to flea markets and since she did some research on flea markets in NYC, she recomended me to go to the one in Hell's Kitchen since it is the most famous outdoor urban flea market in New York.Hell's Kitchen Flea Market opens from 9am till 6pm every Saturday and Sunday. We all got out of bed quite late hence we left home at around 3pm and reached there almost 4pm.

That's the entrance to the flea martket. Most of the vendors started packing when we reached.
Should have gone there at noon. Oh well, whatever.

This flea market sells alot of vintage things like clothing, jewelry, cameras, furnitures, you name it and they have it there! They even have vintage signs! Most of the things are reasonably priced and if you posses great endurance and have time to search around, i'm sure you will definitely come up with gold. As for me, i wasnt that lucky. I uhhh...just bought a ring. fml.
My purchase of the day! More valueble than gold. Its a......*drum roll* wooden ring. wtf. If i have more time to shop, trust me, i'll find things that are more valueble than gold.
Sister bought a white wool beret. It looks good on her, not me for sure. David bought himself a money clip. Dont have a picture of it but im sure all money clips look the same.

When we reached Hell's Kitchen, mom was extremely hungry. So she suggested that we should eat before we shop. We dined in a nearby restaurant,
HK Restaurant which turned out to be a restaurant served by homosexual men *note: not insulting or discriminating*.

Very unsatisfied with their service tho. I bought a Venti Iced Coffee from Starbucks before that and i had less than 10 sips. The waiter doesnt allow me to put it on the table hence he put my coffee away at the bar and PROMISED and reassured me that they will keep it. When we finished, i asked him back for my precious coffee, and he told me that the bartender threw it away! wtf. You have no idea how mad i was! Its not about the money, its about the principle! ugh. That's him on the left in the picture.
My mom is a food connoisseur. Im not even kidding. She can easily discriminate every single ingredients in most of the food without even looking at the recipes. She is a very picky and demanding woman.
Nevertheless, she's still our lovely and superb mom. We love you, superwoman ♥

I love superboy too ♥

After flea market, mom and sister went their own way. David and I went for movies at Times Square. We watched two movies in a day but we only paid for one movie. How? Just sneaked into another theater after the first one. We planned the time ahead before buying the tickets. How intelligent right?

We watched Bruno and The Hangover. Both were freaking hilarious!!! I like The Hangover more than Bruno eventhough both were equally good. One thing nice about watching movies here in the US is that movies will not be censored at all in theaters. How nice is that?? Anyway, i strongly recommend to watch those two movies. Its a must. You will regret if you dont. Oh wait, if you have to choose one, then ill say watch The Hangover since Bruno will be censored like hell in Msia. I like the quote Bruno made about Osama bin Laden. "Your king Osama looks like a dirty wizard or a homeless santa claus" LMFAO.

Saw a pink limousine on the road at Times Square. Reminds me of Paris Hilton who owns a pink Bentley that i want so badly.
This is how Times Square looks like on a Saturday night. Apparently, it looks like New Year's Eve every Saturday night here. Very interesting eh?

"ObamaCondoms are strong enough to withstand the most rigid assault, light enough to penetrate the deepest trenches, AND they’re Oprah approved!* not really" Should have gotten some and mail it back to my girlfriends back in Msia. Im sure they will appreciate that. lol

After movie, we made a trip to 53rd and 6th to get the most famous chicken and rice in NYC. Stayed in line for almost half an hour! The picture speaks a thousand words.

They were not queueing to enter a fancy restaurant nor waiting for seats, they were waiting to get to the food cart for a plate of hot and yummy chicken and rice. This place reminds me of Lysha Teh! She was the one who introduced us to this amazing place!

I ended my day eating chicken and rice with my loved one at home watching Law and Order: Special Victim Unit. BLISS~

Till then ♥
